Order Processing Times
Since many of our products are handmade, processing times may vary to allow for the care and craftsmanship we put into each order.
- Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During peak seasons or for custom-made items, processing may take up to 14 business days.
We’ll keep you updated on your order status, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer a range of shipping options at checkout to meet your needs, including standard and expedited delivery. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated based on your location and order details.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3–7 business days after shipping.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 1–3 business days after shipping.

International Shipping
We’re proud to ship worldwide! International delivery times vary but typically take 7–21 business days.
- International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties required by their country.
- Delays caused by customs processing are beyond our control, but we’re happy to assist if needed.
Shipping Costs

Lost or Delayed Packages

- Please allow 7 business days for investigation and resolution of lost packages.
Incorrect Shipping Information
